As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw, as long as sealed TCG products stay unopened and complete. Opened packs, boxes and ETBs are excluded.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. Return shipping is on the customer unless we shipped wrong or damaged. Refund within 14 days after check, once payment is live.
